Complaint channel

1. If you received the products do not match the order quantity and model, you can apply for return them within one week after receiving, if packing have damaged problem, please keep the original state photo and timely contact, any delay will not be accepted.

2. If return the products, please be sure to keep the complete original packing and make sure the label of the goods in good condition, if lost or damaged, will not be able to return.

3. If return is caused by the product quality, the customer must provide detailed performance test report as a basis of our negotiations with the original factory or suppliers. If necessary, also need to provide both approved third party test report.

4. After our company agree return or exchange the products of the order, need return the invoice which we sent before.

The following situation are not accepte for return

1. The original packaging and the labels have damage to the goods.(except for the original factory label)

2. Have computer used/demaged when test the products.

3. Receiving over two weeks, (according to sign for express delivery date).

4. Invoice is lost.

5. Customer order by mistake.

6. Product quality problem including but not limited to, accident, abuse, unreasonable use, misuse, power problem, not according to the instructions to use /stored / installation of the product, without make the preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, fires, floods, war, violence, or any similar events; Not our company person product debugging, repair, or support, processing, and the use of our supply of components caused by the problem.
